Henri Queuille was born on March 31st 1884 in Neuvic d’Ussel. After his father’s death, a chemist and deputy mayor for Neuvic, his mother, wishing to allow her children to follow higher studies, settles in Tulle. He attends the upper forms in the grammar school of this town then enlists in the medicine Faculty in Paris.
