Maison d'Henri Queuille
When President Henri Queuille died his children bestowed his house to the Department of Corrèze though making it clear it was to be turned into a Museum whose themes would be the memory of Henri Queuille and the Resistance.
A small party, made up a former Resistants, historians, teachers and people devoted to the sake of it having at their disposal the Queuille’s fund bequeathed to the Museum by the gifts of commonplace people succeeded in gathering a lot of documents and things and making use of them.

So that, on may 4th 1982 « The Museum of the Resistance Henri Queuille » was inaugurated by the President of the French Republic, Mr François Mitterand.

Today, the visitors can wonder at the rich exhibits of the museum where one can find as a leading thread, the fabulous destiny of Henri Queuille and of course, the tremendous epic of the Resistance in higher Corrèze.
