HQ, Ministre

In 1918, having achieved his duty, Queuille resorts to his place in Parliament. He is re-elected in the « blue horizon » chamber the only radical-socialist among the five M.P.’s of Corrèze. In 1920 he is sub-secretary of state for Agriculture. In 1924, then in 26 he is minister of Public Sanitary, a part he will play again in 1935. Meanwhile, he is appointed minister of G.P.O. in 1932. He finally becomes minister of Public Works in 1937.

When the war is looming, Queuille has grown flatteringly notorious and his name is quoted for President of the Republic.
